A suggested script β adapt it to your situation:
Hi, I'm calling about rental assistance or eviction prevention.
My name is [your name], and I'm interested in the MDHHS State Emergency Relief - Rental and Housing Assistance program.
I wanted to ask whether there are any requirements I should know about, such as At or below 150% FPL, Livingston County?
I also wanted to confirm your current hours. I see Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. Is that still accurate?
And just to confirm β is this service free of charge?
What is the best way to get started? I see call_or_online.
Thank you so much for your help.
