About this program
To qualify, you must be resident of Monroe County. This service provides medical transportation for Monroe County to anywhere in Monroe County and also to Toledo. Cost for seniors 60 years or older: $35 round trip. Hours: Mon. through Fri. from 8 am – 4:30 pm. Call for fee schedule.
