About this program
Transitional shelter/group home for individuals who are disabled. Licensed Adult Family Care Home. There are 36 beds. Client needs to call and complete an intake and assessment. Disability is determined on a case-by-case basis. Pt does not need to be receiving SSDI/SSI. Preference will be given to Monroe County residents. There is an RN on staff for medical oversight and medication dispensing
